Fairly clean place in contemporary style with all necessary facilities. Magnificent location just off the Christmas markets, and great views. Also, to a cafeteria we found at Königstrasse.

twin/double room was modern and unique with really brilliant shower. i appreciated the breakfast with a huge variety of outstanding food. had good location near a large shopping centre.

Grumbling at a VERY high level:. Camomile tea was missing from the breakfast buffet and the coat hooks of the wardrobe and the window handle were placed at a height for tall people.

The only small complaint we have was that the pillows were too soft.

A Business Trip Well-Spent

Had a great time during my business trip, especially in the cozy junior suite. the location was convenient, just a stone's throw away from the Chinese Garden 🌿. Great spot to unwind after a long day!

Stayed for 2 nights in this great value place, liked that. Unique twin/double room was neat. - Everywhere there was clean. - the staff were outstandingly friendly and extremely polite people at the reception desk. - the location was excellent and absolutely perfect, at a short distance from a central square. - This hotel was in a shopping area adjacent to the Mercedes Benz museum, the S-Bahn and city center. - Everything was simply very good.

This hotel was amazing in every aspect. We had the 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment for two nights and it was a great value, and totally fantastic! Rooms were spacious even by American standards and the baths were huge and spa-like. Staff was friendly and fun and very helpful from reception to concierge to restaurant. We will definitely look to stay in another Arcotel property in the future.
